
Here is a recipe my mother used to make for parties as an appetizer or a healthy light dinner.. seven layer salad..it's a perfect spring salad! ♥
Directions ♥
1. Cook turkey bacon until crispy. Crumble and let drain on paper towel.
2. In a large glass bowl, place the chopped lettuce in the bottom. Add egg whites, onions, tomatoes, peas, shredded cheese, and turkey bacon.
3. Prepare dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, sugar, and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle over salad and refrigerate until chilled.
