
When you think football party, no doubt chicken wings come to mind but lets be honest, making wings for a crowd is a bit time consuming. This Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip gets you the same great flavors but a whole lot easier!! Chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing {sorry, not a fan of bleu cheese}, light cream cheese & cheddar all whipped together, pop in the oven and bake until hot, bubbly and golden! A little scallion garnish and served up with pita chips and celery stalks. Finger lickin’ good just like a wing!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Add the chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce and cheddar to a bowl and combine well with a hand mixer.
Place the mixture into a baking dish, top with a little extra shredded cheddar and cook for 25 minutes until hot, bubbly and gorgeous!
Garnish with sliced scallion and serve warm.
